Elaboration
As indicated by its name, this still wine is exclusively made from the celebrated Chardonnay variety. It is harvested in the house vineyards at Cumières and diverse crus on the Côtes des Blancs. It is left to age in inert gas vats for three years.
Tasting
With its golden robe, this chardonnay radiates pure aromas both fruity and flowery. Hawthorn and acacia notes flirt with apple and citronella. Vividness, freshness and liberalness encapsulate the character of its texture; It unfolds flavours of fresh lemon and grapefruit juices followed up by notes of fruit stones.
