Exclusively made from pinot noir grapes ,solely from our house vineyards
on the terroir of Cumières. Made only from the finest grapes,
during the most propitious years. Vinification by immersed trays,
fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in oak casks for three
years. Tasting
A deep ruby robe, this bright wine yields aromas of roses, irises,
violets, with hints of cocoa , raspberries, finishing with notes
of leather and vanilla. The taste buds are playfully teased by the
successive flavours of raspberries, sloe, fruit stones and violets.
Maturing in oak casks enriches it with spicy notes and flavours
of Virginia tobacco leaves. A smooth aromatic length. Enjoying the Cumières Rouge
